Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven Sales Representative to accelerate A7CONTROL's footprint across industrial, manufacturing, and logistics companies.

Compensation Structure

  • High uncapped commission rates (up to 25% on initial contracts and recurring revenue on SaaS subscriptions).
  • Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding milestones.
  • Rapid advancement opportunities to lead and build your own sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, outreach, and prospect potential industrial and logistics clients.
  • Deliver highly engaging product demonstrations of the A7CONTROL platform.
  • Negotiate and close software subscriptions and asset tracking hardware deals.
  • Maintain a clean, active sales pipeline within the CRM.

What We Look For

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Bilingual (French & English) is a strong asset for the Quebec/Canadian market.
